Within our enterprise network, the majority of the users are located in remote offices scattered about in different states. This naturally, becomes a big challenge to the IS department as far as supporting the user community.

My company has contracted with HBITS for all hands on IT support for our Orange County and Inland Division offices for approximately two years. We have been extremely happy with their highly qualified and knowledgeable technicians, quick response time and excellent overall services.

My experience with HBITS for the first year was in a smaller satellite office in Riverside with ten associates where services calls were infrequent but just as crucial as when we merged with another company, moved to an office in Corona and became a new division with approximately 50 associates.

Since our move to the Corona office in September 2002, we have depended solely on HBITS for all of our hands on IT support on a daily basis for such issues ranging from moving computer equipment from one office to another, to more complex issues such as company wide IS conversions.

I wanted to let you know how pleased our office is with HBITS technician Travis Pegram. Travis has been coming to our office the past few months through assignment between our corporate company and HBITS.

Travis follows up on every work order that he receives for us (via our helpdesk) and I know to expect a phone call from him within 24 hours or sooner. He works diligently to get the smallest of jobs completed all the while with a pleasant and helpful attitude.

Our previous experience with other computer technicians from another local company was far less pleasant or productive. It is refreshing to have questions answered by someone who takes the time to explain in easy to understand terms what he is completing.

Upon completion of his work he always checks that the job has been completed to our satisfaction and has placed follow-up calls as well a few days later. Travis has always been very conscientious of his time and our workspace while working in a busy office setting. I can’t tell you how nice it is to actually look forward to having a technician come into our office – it’s definitely a first!
